The Consortium in Latin American and Caribbean Studies and the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University offer teachers a night out at the Nasher. This event will be Thursday, September 28 at the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University from 5:00-7:00 PM. 0.1 CEUs and a beverage token are offered to participants. This event will focus on 7-8 pieces by Latin American artists from the Art of Peru and Love and Anarchy exhibitions. Nasher Museum and Consortium staff will lead participants through the works and provide ideas for ways of incorporating the works into the classroom. This event is open to K-12 North Carolina teachers. We are accepting the first 20 registrants for this event. Update: Registration is full.
