'Āina Fest 2019 Vendor Application
DATE: September 7th, 2019 Doors open at 12pm. Event ends at 10pm.

ARRIVE and Unload between 10:30am-11:30am. All vehicles must be moved to vendor parking by 11:30am. Please be ready no later than 12pm.
MERCH/EDUCATION VENDOR space comes with 2 Adult complimentary passes to the festival. $135
BEVERAGE/DESSERT VENDOR space comes with 2 Adult complimentary passes to the festival. $150
FOOD VENDOR space comes with 3 Adult complimentary passes. $200
-Any additional helpers for any vendor will be required to purchase a pre-sale ticket. All vendors must be broken down by 10pm and off property by 10:20pm.

BRING: your own 10'x10' tent (Food Vendors can have 10x20 space ), tables, stakes and supplies. Electricity is not provided. You may bring your own low-noise generator if electricity is needed. Please confine your exhibit to your assigned area.
