1. Applications must be made five (5) days in advance.

2. The outcome of the application will be informed via email or whatsapp.

3. After the design has been approved by the applicant, any additional tasks will not be entertained. Applicants must apply for re-designing according to the terms and conditions.

4. ONLY program/event organised by PUSAT BAHASA MODEN will be entertained.

5. One (1) Application per event.

6. Applicants MUST provide all supported materials such as speaker/presenter images, qr code images and etc.

7. Technical & Services Unit will not be liable for any technical design errors including spelling after the applicant’s final approval.

8. Designs will be uploaded to PBM Facebook, PBM Portal and Digital Signage TV at Pekan.
