Registration for the Junior Gymnaestrada program is done on an annual basis. This means that coaching costs and the expense budget for the year are fixed. For that reason, families who register for this program are committed for the entire season- withdrawals are only permitted for medical reasons (with a valid Doctor's note), relocation, or academic challenges. In these cases, upon receipt of a formal withdrawal letter, 6 weeks of training fees will be levied upon acceptance of such withdrawal to help ensure our ability to cover coaching costs (Please refer to Parent Guide for Refund Policy information- posted under About Us on our website) *

Medical Policy: Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child can meet the physical demands of participation in the DGS program(s) in which they are enrolled. Parents may make coaches aware of medical issues as they see fit. Delta Gymnastics strongly recommends that every new gymnast entering our 10-month programs have a complete medical examination to ensure their child can meet the physical demands of the sport. It is further recommended that the gymnast have a complete physical examination at the beginning of each season. Any pertinent changes in your child's medical status should be discussed with your child's coach. *
