Columbia Christian’s Elementary Spring Soccer program is a fun annual tradition!

Hosted by Columbia coaches & staff, and assisted by Columbia middle & high school students, our team is excited to have a good time together on the field.

Mission: To provide a safe, fun, and energetic environment for youth of all skill levels to be active while developing soccer and life skills.

Spring Soccer program will include:
* Technical and Fitness Training
* Skill Activities
* Game Play
* Free T-Shirt

All players are required to wear shin guards.
Soccer cleats are highly recommended.

It is important to bring a water bottle and a simple/quick snack. They'll need that energy boost and it's important to stay hydrated.

Registered students will be escorted from their classroom to the soccer field at dismissal time each afternoon. All participants must be picked up from the soccer field at 5:00PM. They will only be released to the authorized people you list in the "Permission to Release" section below.

Sessions Start: May 9
Sessions End: May 17

3:30-5:00PM, May 9, 10, 13, 14, 16, 17

6 Sessions: $90 (2nd child $80, 3rd child $70 - children in same household)
After completing this registration form, payment may be made by cash, check in the school office by May 3. Credit Card payments may be made HERE

This form may be used to register multiple children from the same family.
