Participants may require an official invitation letter to overcome any administrative difficulties in their countries concerning participation at the Academy.
It must be understood that such letters do not imply any commitments from the Academy (Organizers, Secretariat et.c.) to provide financial assistance.
If you require an invitation letter, you may apply to the Organizing - Administrative Bureau by sending an e-mail to academy@psychodramath.gr in order to receive it on time.
In order to validate your registration, we need an advance payment of 290 Euros from each participant. The remainder can only be paid in cash at the registration desk on the day of your arrival.
For any cancellations received before 31 May 2023, there will be a handling fee of 90 Euros. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this date or onsite. Cancellations must be sent in writing to the academy secretary.
A handling fee of 90 Euros will be charged for all refunds. No refunds will be available during the academy.
All refund requests in the case of over or double payment must be claimed by email to: academy@psychodramath.gr no later than 01 July 2023.
