Thank you for your interest in Osborne County Leadership! OCL is a leadership program focused on the principles and competencies relevant to living and working in rural North Central Kansas. The program is facilitated in each of the five communities in Osborne County and each session focuses on leadership education and touring the communities of the county.
Please complete the following application if you are interested in being a participant for the 2024-25 course year. Up to 12 applicants from Osborne County and the surrounding area are selected for the program.
