Welcome to CHI WOW WAH TOWN 2019!

As a Food Vendor at the upcoming CWWT event, please complete & submit the following form as soon as possible.

All stallholders must be aware of the following:

The trading dates for the 2019 event will be Friday 1 November to Monday 4 November.
The entertainment program will commence on Friday afternoon & will come to a close (officially) on the following Sunday evening; however trading will continue until Monday 11am.
This provides scope for over 60 hours of active trading while the event is in operation.

Stallholders must arrive on site & be in your stall placement allocated by no later than 8pm on Thursday 31 October.
Arrivals on Thursday may only be within the hours of 9am-8pm & you must notify the Market Manager of your arrival time in advance of the event to ensure that you can be bumped in smoothly.
No entry will be permitted outside this time.
Access to the Town Centre will be closed by Thursday evening.
If you do not arrive on Thursday by 8pm you may not be able to access your designated stall spot. 
Road access to the Town Centre will not open until Monday at 11am - stallholders will be permitted to vacate stall placements after 11am when the Market Manager says it is safe to do so.

All stall rates include two tickets to the event.
Each stall is entitled to purchase additional tickets at discounted rates - the limit is 6 additional tickets.
These additional tickets are generously priced at $150.00.
You must specify the exact amount of additional tickets required in form below.

The spaces include allocation for very limited camping/car parking behind your stall.
All stall spaces are pre-allocated during the site design phase.
Please respect our placement decisions, we take as much time & care as we are able to give the Town Centre a clean & fair layout for all involved.
Please do not set up your stall without seeing the Markets Manager first.

CHI WOW WAH TOWN is committed to reducing its environmental impact.
Cutlery, plates, cups etc must be paper, wood or cornstarch (bio-degradable).
Please be mindful of all single use products & please note that straws, single use plastic bags & single use plastic bottles are 100% banned!  
This means you cannot sell drinks in single use plastic bottles.
We appreciate your help in keeping our event single use plastic free!
All stallholders are responsible for the proper disposal of all waste generated by their stalls. 
A range of bins will be available on site & stallholders will be expected to use these bins & not the wheelie bins placed around the event area as these are for general patron use.

We have a NO GLASS policy on the grounds at CHI WOW WAH TOWN.
Please DO NOT use glass to serve your food on or your beverages in.

Stall rates are tbc based on the information provided!

All food vendors should also be aware of the following specific terms & conditions of trading:
* You must provide a current certificate of public liability insurance that covers the dates of the 2019 event & all activities which will be undertaken by your stall.
* It is the responsibility of all food vendors to ensure compliance with the relevant Council authority in regards to obtaining health & safety &/or food vending permits.
* Obtaining such permits may require the vendor to hold current food handling certificate, registration of a food premises & other practices in place to guarantee compliance with health & safety practices.
* Ensure to register your stall using 'Streatrader' under Mitchell Shire Council prior to commencement of the event.
* Serving food without complying with Council regulations is a breach of the law & any vendor identified by the event organisers to be causing such a breach will be requested to cease trading immediately & be ejected from the property if necessary.
* All food vendors operating fuel burners must comply with safe fuel storage practices. You must detail all measures that will be adopted by your stall to safely store & manage the risk around fuel in your food stall application.
* All electrical appliances & leads must have a current & valid Test & Tag label.
* We are committed to sustainable waste management – ALL food vendors must submit details of their sustainability plan in the form below, including planned disposable cutlery/crockery, recycling & waste management.
