2027 Youth Planning Committee Registration Form
Welcome to the beginning of a new journey towards the 2027 Ottawa Junior Carnival.  Thank you for your interest in joining this journey.
The Youth Planning Committee is open to youth between the ages of 15 and 25
Registration Deadline Sunday October 11, 2026.

As a Youth Planning Committee member you will:
- partake in the creative design process of the Ottawa Junior Carnival costumes
- participate in the promoting and marketing of the Ottawa Junior Carniva
- participate in the making of the costumes
-attend various community events aimed at promoting the Ottawa Junior Carnival

As a youth Planning Committee member you must be avaialable:

Saturday mornings or evenings when necessary
- Be available on occassional Sundays
- Be present the day of the Ottawa Junior Carnival held in August 2027
