Acknowledgement of Short Term Rental Agreement: By confirming this booking, Renter agrees that all use of the hangar and related facilities is at Renter’s sole risk. Owner, Property Manager, and Coweta County Airport Authority shall not be liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to aircraft, vehicles, equipment, or personal property, regardless of cause. Renter shall indemnify, defend, and hold Owner, Property Manager, and the Coweta County Airport Authority harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Renter’s use or presence on the premises. Use is limited to the dates and purposes agreed, and Renter shall comply with all applicable laws, airport rules, and safety regulations. No repairs, hazardous materials, or commercial operations are permitted.  Failure to vacate on time may result in additional charges. *
