Small Alcohol Bottles Survey
With funding support from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's Bureau of Substance Abuse Services, this survey is for community members, parents/legal guardians of youth under the age of 21 years old, etc. in the cities/towns of Arlington, Cambridge, Everett, & Somerville about small alcohol bottles in the community.

It will only take a few minutes to answer the questions in this survey.

Completing this survey is voluntary and responses are completely anonymous.

Small alcohol bottles are between 50 mL (a.k.a. "nip" or "miniature") and 375 mL (a.k.a. "pint") of alcohol and are not redeemable for bottle deposit returns in Massachusetts. See examples below:
