Property Tax Account - Mailing Address Change Form
This form enables you to update your mailing address for property taxation purposes. Property tax bills are mailed by the end of each January. If you do not receive your bill by the end of the first week of February, call us at 970-328-8860 or email: to obtain a duplicate copy. Failure to receive your tax bill does not remove your responsibility for paying by the deadlines. We do not send multiple bills to those who choose to pay in installments. Ownership changes occur when properties change hands or upon recording of new or corrected deeds.
