Panel Form - Maple Gel Con 2017

Welcome! Please submit this form as soon as possible.

Maximum 4 people per panel. You may propose a panel as a single person, but preference may be given to larger groups. Also, panels with similar summaries may be merged for space purposes. If you wish to have a friend with you on the panel, you should include their information on the form as well. Depending on demand, you may be limited in the number of panels you can run, but do not be discouraged from entering lots of ideas! If you submit more than one panel, feel free to leave in the notes which panels are your highest priority. Each different panel requires that you fill out another entry form.

We ask that you register for the Maple Gel Con BEFORE you fill out this form. You can fill this out without having registered, but we require your registration information before March 20th, 2017. If you have not registered by that date, your panel(s) will be removed from consideration, and will have to be re-submitted after you've registered. Please be aware that other panels may fill your spot after you have been removed and we may no longer be able to accept all the panels you had once submitted.

NOTE, If your panel requires any special equipment, do not assume we will be able to provide for you! Make sure you discuss with us beforehand if you need anything and be prepared to have everything before the con rolls around. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: You cannot serve or give away food or drinks at any point, as it is against hotel policy.

Panels should be PG13 by default. If you intend to or anticipate having mature content in your panel, please say so in your description so accommodations can be made.
