In order to give our existing Collection Team members a refresher course on our seed collection protocol and tools, and provide the opportunity for teams to add more trained collection volunteers to their ranks, we will be holding another MWAEBF Seed Collector training spring 2018. *Registration will be cut off when the venue is filled or by May 25th.*Please arrive about 10 minutes before the start time to give yourself an opportunity to sign in and get a seat.*Parking near the Field Station is limited. When possible, PLEASE CARPOOL. The next closest lot is at the front of the Nature Preserve which is about a .5 mile walk from the building.

At our training you will learn how to: · ID the 20 native wildflowers we're targeting for this project · Perform a seed cut test · Properly follow our seed collection protocol · Weather permitting, how to do all of this in a field setting
What to bring: · A notebook and writing utensil · Water bottle · Field clothes (we may go outside) · Bug spray
Upon completion of this training, all registered attendees will be awarded a digital personalized certificate of completion.
