The Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities (ICDD) is seeking information on what is still needed to ensure people with Developmental Disabilities (DD) and the people that support them have access to vaccines. Please participate in our survey by Friday, April 23rd. All information entered is confidential and your personal information will not be shared.
