IMSA 2026 Travel Study - Student Application

This form is to apply for admission to one of IMSA's Travel Study programs taking place in the 2025-26 academic year.

Students and families should discuss their trip options and finances prior to completing the form. Please refer to the Travel Study Catalog for information on each program, as well as the Terms & Conditions that all students and families must read before applying.

The initial deadline for applications is Friday, September 12th at 11:59pm.

Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until the programs are filled.

Students & families will have one week to accept their invitation per the guidelines for the specific program.

Residency Status *

For any programs traveling internationally, students must have a passport that does not expire within 6 months of the end of travel! The passports are required in order to book flights, so you must already have it in hand by the time you make first payment for the trip. If a student does NOT have a passport, the student will need to apply immediately and make sure to follow the procedures to expedite the process.
