ARTWORK
A maximum of three original works per artist can be submitted. If you have prints, please use the section designated for prints. Prints do not count toward the limit of three original pieces.

An image file of each artwork must be submitted electronically.
Electronic image files must be no greater than 800K per image. please format image files at approximately 4"x 5" physical size and at no less than 150 dpi. The name of each image file should include your initials and the title of the artwork.

Please list final retail price. PCS is pleased to offer artists 60% of final sales price. Price negotiations will occur only with artist's involvement and on an as-needed basis.

PRINTS
You may submit prints to sell in a browsable bin, or an additional gallery-type space. Prints must be on hard cardboard backs with plastic sleeves protecting them. Depending on space constraints, we may limit the number of prints you can bring, however prints can be submitted in addition to three original works (above). We will let you know in your acceptance letter if there's a limit.

Image files of two representative artworks and one display example must be submitted electronically. Electronic Image file must be no greater than 800K per image. Please format image files at approximately 4"x5" physical size and at no less than 150 dpi. The name of each image file should include the word "ARTISAN" and your name. If accepted, you will be requested to submit a spreadsheet listing each item and its associated price prior to the event.

JEWELERS, CRAFTSPERSONS, AND MAKERS OF SMALL ARTWORK
A market-like venue will be available to display your work. Depending on submissions, up to 12 square feet of table/wall space may be available per artist/craftsperson.

All submission forms and image files are due by October 28, 2018 at midnight.
Accepted artists will be contacted via email no later than November 1st.
Selected artworks are to be delivered to Pacific Crest School on the evening of Thursday, November 8th or the morning of Friday, November 9th. Details will be outlined in an acceptance letter.
