This form serves as a reservation request. Reservations can only be requested from active Colgate Faculty/Staff/Students/Alumni. Active Faculty/Staff/Students may bring family members or friends during the reservation time, but the Faculty/Staff/Student must be present and must present active Colgate ID.

Reservations must be requested 48 hours in advance. Any reservation requested less than 48 hours in advance may not be honored.

The reservations are for 1 hour. Participants should arrive NO earlier than 10 minutes prior to their reservation slot. Participants should return their equipment 10 minutes prior to the end of their hour reservation.

At this time we can accommodate 6 people per reservation (1 Colgate Faculty/Staff/Student/Alumni required + 5 additional guests).

When selecting a reservation start time please select from half-hour increments. (Example: 4 pm, 4:30 pm, 5 pm.)

Reservation dates, times, and equipment will be confirmed via email by the Asst. Director of Facilities or the Boat House Manager.

All reservations are weather dependent. In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be emailed. In the event of a weather cancellation, there will be no guaranteed reschedule date, but you are encouraged to fill out this form again.

All participants must fill out a liability waiver before using the equipment.  MUST wear personal flotation devices/life-jackets (provided) at all times while on the water.

Participants will be instructed and guided on how to use the equipment, where to launch, and where to return the equipment.  Boat House Staff disinfect equipment after every use. 
Drinking water is not available on-site; please plan to bring your own.
The Boat House has restrooms- please ask the staff if you need to use them.
