Magickal Market 2024 Vendor Application
The Magickal Market presented by COPA is coming back to the Canal Market District, Newark, OH on Sunday, August 11th, 2024!!! 

The Magickal Market will feature vendors, live music, food trucks and a drum circle.

The Whens and Wheres:
Sunday, August 11th 2024 11am-6pm (set up starts at 9:30am, break down is 6-7pm)
This is a rain or shine event.
In the beautiful outdoor (covered) pavilions of Canal Market District, 36 E Canal Street, Newark, OH 43055

 Booth Info:

All booths are 8'x8' and include electricity.  
Single Booth Fee $80, Double Booth $150.
You must provide all tables, chairs and displays for your booth.  Tents not needed.

If you are approved, only the business(es) on the application can occupy the booth.  You cannot share a booth with anyone that is not on your application. 

Only the items, or types of items, included on your application are permitted to be sold at your booth.

Booth approval emails will be sent mid June 2024
Full payments for booths are due by July 1, 2024.
Accepted vendors will be required to have a Vendor's License.

Types of products you plan on selling at The Magickal Market.  Please be aware that you will only be permitted to sell the products that you list here.   We do this in an effort to not have too much overlap in selection.
How many booths are you applying for?  We will try our best to accomate everyone's requests.  *
Important Information.  Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own set up - COPA does not supply tables, chairs, tents, change, etc.  Event is on August 11th, 2024.  Booths must be set up by 11am and broken down by 7pm.
If you are approved, you will be sent a contract to sign and return and a link to submit payment.
By checking below you understand that you are not confirmed as a vendor until payment and signed contact are received by COPA.    Deadline for signed contracts and payment is July 1, 2024
Vendor fees are non-refundable.
