Non-Enrolled Student - Request for Accounts

Parents may submit this form to request CFCS technology accounts for a non-enrolled student.  This form is commonly used for students requiring accounts prior to their official enrollment date or non-attending student residents participating in athletics, clubs or other activities.  

Please note:  The majority of systems are offline from late-June until early August.  Account requests made after June 15th will not be processed until August.

Your child may be participating in live video conferencing (i.e.Google Meets) with other students and staff members.  The submission of this form indicates that you hereby affirm your child will be engaging in the video conferencing in complete privacy, no recordings that include student images will be made, and any inadvertent observation of a session by a parent, guardian or other individual will not be shared with anyone else.
