Center for Cyber and AI at CSUSB scholarship and apprenticeship programs have the following eligibility requirements:

1) U.S. Citizenship/Current Permanent Resident

2) Obligation for Government employment

3) GPA Requirement: 3.2 - Undergraduate / 3.4 - Graduate (3.5 - Graduate CSA)

4) Ability to pass a U.S. Government Security Clearance

5) Academic program must be in person (not online)

6) Accepted to CSUSB for Fall 2026 in one of the following degree programs:

BS Information Systems & Technology, Cybersecurity (SFS/CSA/WITH)
BS Information Systems & Technology, National Security (SFS)
BS Intelligence & Crime Analysis, Cybersecurity (SFS/CSA/WITH)
MS Information Systems & Technology, Cybersecurity (SFS/CSA/WITH)
MS National Cybersecurity Studies (SFS/CSA)
MPA Cybersecurity Concentration (SFS/CSA)
BS Computer Science, Cybersecurity (SFS/CSA/WITH)
MS Computer Science, Cybersecurity (SFS/CSA/WITH)

7) Have 2 years remaining as of Fall 2026 in one of the above cyber degree programs
