Affirming Fashion Closet Referral Form
Our Affirming Fashion Closet is a program under our Affirming Fashion Program. We are a virtual organization based in Philadelphia, PA. We redistribute new and gently used clothing for free to communities of color, Black, LGBTQ, and nonbinary individuals and families who are experiencing financial hardship or crisis.

We provide clothing to all people regardless of race, religion, gender, gender identity, or expression. All services provided are free of charge.

After completing the referral form, please allow up to 5 business days for us to respond by email or phone. At this time, we will schedule a time to meet with you to conduct an intake as well as confirm the articles of clothing needed, including sizes, quantity, etc.
