How did you experience our efforts in creating structures for a more welcoming, race conscious wcciJAM? This can include the Parcon Resilience intensive, the People of Color and white allies spaces during lunch and one afternoon, the integrated talking structure, the lunch for Biracial and multi-ethnicity folks, the POC Altar, the Heart to Hearts, and adaptations of the Underscore, for example. Do you have suggestions on how to further support race consciousness to lift all of us to be more fully in our humanness, our emotions, values and the collective?
