Trinity College Photo Permit Application
Photography Permits are required for all photography taken for non-recreational purposes at Trinity College. The cost is $150.00/hour plus HST. Trinity College Staff and Alumni may be eligible to receive a 50% discount on the price of the permit.

The Photography Permit provides access for photos to be taken in outdoor locations only (grounds only, not within the buildings). Interior shots are prohibited.

Trinity College houses students who use the Quadrangle as a common area. Please be aware that others may be around during your photo shoot. Should the permit be approved, it does not guarantee exclusive access to the areas.

Trinity College reserves the right to cancel a photo booking if it conflicts with an organized Trinity/University event. Reasonable notice will be given to the involved parties. In such cases, if no satisfactory alternative time, site or date can be arranged, location fees will be returned.

If the booking should be for wedding photos, priority is given to weddings taking place in the Trinity College Chapel.

We do not issue photo permits more than two months in advance. Please revisit this form two months before your proposed date to submit a request.

The Trinity Porter will request proof of permission from photographers. No photography is allowed without a valid permit.

Payment may be made by credit card at the Trinity College Bursar's Office located at 6 Hoskin Avenue, Toronto. Alternatively, a credit card number can be provided to the Reservations Office. To contact the office, please e-mail bookings@trinity.utoronto.ca or 416-978-8680.
