This is a vetted show. Applications will be accepted until July 1st, 2019; applications after this date will be put on a waiting list. Acceptance notifications will be sent out no later than July 5th, 2019.
The event is on July 20th 2019. The program starts at 8:00 PM, the doors open at 8:00 please be advised that this is an early crowd and usually arrive when the doors open. Load in starts at 6:00 PM. Any vendors arriving after 7:30 PM will not be permitted to set up and will forfeit their table fee. Payment is due July 12, 2019 If not received your spot may be forfeited.
Space Details & Fees:The vendor spaces will be near the Shipwreck Stage, spaces will be 10 feet long, vendors must bring their own lighting, extension cords, tables , and tent if they need them. Please take into account that this event is completely outdoors and vendors will not have a covered area. You are welcome to bring a tent/E-Z Up for cover. The event is rain or shine but we do not have a covered place for vendors.
Spaces are $25 each which includes event entry for two people.
