The Transportation Department will make every effort to accommodate Caregiver arrangements as long as there are seats available on the bus and the guidelines listed below are followed:
Arrangements must be on a 5-day a week basis only, AM & PM stop must be the same NO EXCEPTIONS.
Caregiver Applications will not be accepted 5 days prior to the start of school or during the first 5 days of school.
The Caregiver must be located within the district.
During the school year this Caregiver Application must be received 5 days prior to start date of transportation.
A new form must be completed EACH school year and when a change, cancellation or revision of caregiver occurs.
