Emporia Public Library Online-Only Card
You can apply for an EPL online-only card here! This card will give you access to our digital materials (ebooks and downloadable audiobooks) and online databases. You can also apply for a Kansas State Library card so that you can access the state's digital library and databases. After we receive your information, we will email you your card number and password.

You will not be able to place physical materials (books, DVDs, etc.) on hold with the online only card. If you would like a regular library card, come in with a piece of mail or a bill that shows your current address and we will update your card.
