It is my responsibility as a resident to inform my guests of parking policies available on the University Corner website. Guest Parking Policy: • Guest vehicles MUST display a valid University Corner guest/temporary parking pass which must be hung on the vehicle rearview mirror. • Vehicles without valid guest parking permit are subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense 8pm - 6am daily. • Vehicles displaying a valid visitor parking permit may park in any authorized parking area. • Vehicles parked on grass/lawns/sidewalks/curbs, in fire lanes, double-parked, blocking the iron gate are subject to tow at the vehicle owner's expense. • Guests are responsible for abiding by community parking policies and guidelines. • Vehicles are towed at the owner's expense. Costs are established by the towing company. • Replacement of lost or stolen parking passes will cost $50.00. • Lost or stolen parking passes must be reported to Selah Properties. • Vehicles displaying lost or stolen permits or passes will be towed at vehicle owner's expense. • It is the responsibility of the resident to inform visitors of community parking policies.
