Greetings potential ACPE Sponsors. ACPE is unique in many ways including sponsorship. Our sponsorships benefits are for one year, December 1 to October 31. Each sponsorship includes exposure and attendance at our annual conference. See our sponsor guide for more information at: http://sponsors.acpenw.org.

This form is the first step in becoming an ACPE sponsor for one year. To hold your sponsorship upon completion of this registration you will have 30 days to make a non-refundable down payment of $2,000.00. Your final payment is due February 1, 2019. ACPE does prefer full payment but understands your funding for this event may not all be available until 2019.

Choices such such as booth selection and inclusion as a presenter are given first to those who have paid in full. These selections are made starting February 1.

** Sponsor Rate Increase Notice for 2019 ** The Board has approved an increase in the 2019 conference year sponsorship rates with Gold sponsorship moving to $4000, Platinum sponsorship moving to $8000, and the Diamond sponsorship moving to $15,000. This is the first increase in sponsorship fees since the 2008 conference. Our costs to put on the annual conference have increased over 50% in that time. The Board understands this is a significant increase. Our projections indicate with this added revenue, ACPE's financial condition improves in two important ways. First, ACPE's declining end of year fund balance is reversed. Secondly, the Board expects this increase to be adequate for the next 5-7 years creating long term financial stability and lower rate increases in the future. The Board also increased membership conference rates by 20%.

These are considered the "documents", actually a website, as our contract for your sponsorship including the sponsorship benefits. We do not have any written contracts for sponsorship.

We will be sold out by August 31. Those who have have signed up but have not paid their deposit will be at risk of losing their spot to those on our waiting list.

Payment Terms for any Sponsorship Level

If either your deposit or remaining balance is not paid within these timelines, your sponsorship may be cancelled to allow others on the waiting list to sponsor and attend. ACPE Board decisions on this matter are final.

Post Registration Information
All basic information goes out in group emails that start on December 1 and continue until the conference. Please be sure you whitelist acpenw.org so it does not end up in your SPAM folder/filter. December 1 is the date when the sponsors who have signed up at that point can submit a session proposal. SponsorBooth selection does not happen until April 1 at the earliest.
