Please note that this event will have a private VIP opening for Shreveport-Bossier's leadership and special guests on Friday July 17th from 5pm-8pm. This means that the spaces must be staffed and completely styled by 3pm on Friday July 17th. It will not be open to the general public until July 18th & 19th.

This event is intended as a fundraiser for the continued maintenance of a one-of-a-kind example of historic architecture and Louisiana history. Any excess funds will go to the Scottish Rite's charities. We appreciate your assistance in preserving this important and exquisite building.

This event is geared toward vendors who professionally or semi-professionally deal in antique, vintage, or specialized crafts. This event is NOT intended for "flea-market," "garage sale" or "multi-level marketing" wares. Vendors will be expected to style their booths and present their goods in a pleasing manner that gives the client a great example of how items could be beautifully placed in their own space.

In this event, we are aiming to achieve a ratio of 90% - 100% antiques, vintage, and / or retro-inspired wares, and a very small minority of other wares, consisting of original art, jewelry, hand-made goods, and decor.

Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying any sales taxes associated with their sales. The Scottish Rite is not responsible or any damage, theft, or loss of any kind to vendor property. Security will be provided during the event.

Booths are not secured until payment is rendered, and payments are nonrefundable. Payments are received at the Shreveport Scottish Rite office and they accept cash, credit card (3% fee), and checks. Credit card payments can be made over the phone at 318-221-9713.

10x10 booth spaces (10ft deep, 10ft wide) are $150 each for the entire 3 day event. Each space includes: 1 electrical outlet, 1 chair, 1 6ft long table, & 1 tablecloth. How many 10x10 booth spaces do you want to rent? *
