Congresswoman Cindy Axne will host a public "Connect with your Congresswoman" town hall event as part of her 16-county tour in Iowa's Third Congressional District. This town hall will focus on agriculture issues in Warren County. More information on safety requirements is below.

Warren County residents are invited to come meet Cindy on Wednesday, January 27 at 4:00 PM in Indianola. Cindy will be available to answer questions about her work in Washington and discuss agriculture-focused issues or concerns facing your community. Due to limited event capacity, the address for the event will be provided in an email to RSVPs on a first come, first served basis. Face masks are required of all attendees, and temperatures will be taken prior to admittance to the event.

COVID-19 Safety Precautions
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, additional safety precautions will be followed for all public events with Congresswoman Axne. We ask Iowans to say home if you are sick, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or are showing symptoms of COVID-19, if you are waiting for COVID-19 test results, or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. Iowans who live with those at higher risk should also consider the potential risk to their loved ones prior to attending.

RSVP IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY FOR ALL ATTENDEES. Attendees must show proof of event registration at the door. If attendees are from the same household, each individual will require a separate RSVP. Attendance will be limited to 15 constituents to ensure safety and RSVPs will be taken on a first come, first served basis. The office will prioritize residents of the county when accepting RSVPs. If a constituent arrives at the event without having registered, we will wait until the start time of the event to determine if another registrant has not arrived before admittance.

In accordance with CDC guidelines:
-Face masks are REQUIRED for all event attendees. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one.
-Temperatures will be taken at the door.
-Attendance will be limited.
-Minimum 6ft. physical distancing within the room will be required.
-If you are sick or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home.
