Building inspections may be scheduled Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for next day inspections; excluding weekends. If the inspection is requested after 5:00 p.m., the inspection will be scheduled on the next available business day. Tuesday is the earliest inspection day available for inspection requests submitted after 5:00pm on Thursdays. There are a limited number of inspections that can be performed on any given day. When that number is exceeded, your inspection will be scheduled for the following working day. Due to recent high construction volume, please plan inspection scheduling in advance.

The inspection timeframe availability is as follows:

Building, Fire, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Inspections: AM inspection 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or PM inspection 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
