In the 1973 decision, Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court established a constitutional right to legally obtain an abortion before a certain point in pregnancy. Recently, many states have imposed more restrictions on when and how women can get an abortion. Which of the following options comes closest to what you think abortion rights should look like in the US? *

Women should be able to get an abortion under any circumstances and at any point in pregnancy

Women should be able to get an abortion under any circumstances before a pregnancy is viable, with restrictions after viability
