Purpose
Utilize this form (tinyurl.com/CNH-Candidate-Registration), also known as the Intent to Run Form, to officially initiate your candidacy. Any submissions received before the designated registration start date for the position will not be accepted.

Registrations Accepted Starting the Day of Lt. Governor Candidate Training Conference (CTC)
  • Candidates for Lt. Governor
Registrations Accepted Starting the Day of District Officer Candidate Training Conference (DOCTC)
  • Candidates for District Governor, District Secretary, or District Treasurer
Registrations Accepted Starting the Day of International Officer Candidate Training Conference (IOCTC)
  • Candidates for Endorsement for International Trustee, International Vice President, or International President

The information submitted is utilized for the verification of candidacy, election planning, appointment of positions, and preparation for the upcoming term.

Please keep in mind that submitting this form is not the only step to fulfill. Be sure to submit all Service Agreements and any other required materials. Refer to the CNH Cyberkey for further instructions and documents.
