2025 Project Harmony SPRING CSA Share Sign-Up & Membership Agreement
Hello and welcome to Project Harmony’s CSA! We are thrilled to have you join us!

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) connects residents to local farmers. By signing up for a share, we provide our farmer, Claudio Gonzalez, with upfront cash to invest in the farm. CSAs provide high quality, local produce to community members and help strengthen the local food economy.
 
CSAs provide seasonal produce. During the spring, we usually get a variety produce, including root vegetables (onion, carrots, beets, turnips), greenhouse leafy greens (lettuce, kale, spinach, arugula) and other goodies like radish, scallions, and herbs.

Pick-ups are on Sundays from 10am - 5pm at Joseph Daniel Wilson Memorial Garden (219 W 122nd Street, NY, NY 10027)

DETAILS:

The spring CSA will be 12 weeks from Sunday, March 23rd through Sunday, June 8th. 

Shares will cost $281 ($23/week plus $5 admin fee). Note the one size for spring. This size will be about 6 items.

Sign-up and payment is due by March 16th.

We accept EBT and we subsidize shares!! We also can help create a payment plan if necessary. Details below.

Membership Agreement 
By participating in this CSA, I understand that:
  1. All members have equal say to help support and improve this CSA group.
  2. I am joining a movement to bring healthy local food to my neighborhood; to know exactly where my food comes from and how it’s grown; and to know the farmers that plant the seeds!
  3. I am supporting a local farmer, Claudio Gonzalez, and his family, while also building community and making my neighborhood a great place to live!
  4. I will make arrangements in advance if I can’t pick up my share. If I don’t make arrangements, my share will be donated to a local shelter or to other local families in need.
  5. I will commit to volunteer AT LEAST TWO SHIFTS this season during pickup hours. (This involves either set-up or clean-up at the beginning / end of the day).
  6. The CSA involves sharing the rewards and risks (e.g. crop failure, poor weather, etc.) with our farmer.
  7. Shares may vary each week, exact amounts cannot be guaranteed; shares will vary in weight and size depending on the time of season.
  8. I am responsible for the cost of total my share, even if I have to bow out at any point.
