Wetlands Restoration Workshop for Community and Youth, May 17, 2025
Come join Ecotone Landscape Planning at Arroyo la Mina/1st Arroyofor a day of restoration on Saturday, May 17th from 9:00am-2:00pm in Dixon! During this hands-on workshop, we will briefly discuss the ideas behind wetland restoration. The we will maintain and build restoration structures. 

We will be meeting at the mouth of Arroyo la Mina/1st Arroyo (HWY 75 & CR 67) at 9:00 am. The location is semi-remote (we will carpool to park, then it is about .5 mile walk in), so please be on time. You will also be signing a waiver from State Land Office before we start. Please contact Adrienne Rosenberg at 901-603-9496 if you are late or need to cancel. Bring lunch, sunscreen, hat, water, gloves, a shovel or pick axe, and sturdy shoes. You will get wet and dirty, if you are lucky! Please RSVP.
