Trick Dog Title Evaluations - Entry - SD&G 2020

Saturday August 29th and Sunday August 30th, 2020
Trial Location: Long Sault Campgrounds, Woodlands Campsite, Long Sault, ON. Canada
Cost: $25 per evaluation level
(If the dog passes evaluation they will achieve the title with an additional $30, which is payable on the day of. This fee covers the title, ribbon and mailing. If a dog is unsuccessful in evaluation they may re-evaluate as many times as desired until achieving the title).

Welcome and thank you for your entry. Please complete the following form to enter the trial (please ensure to complete a separate entry form for each dog entered). Payments may be combined. ANY dog may complete a title evaluation at any age and title. All breed(s) welcome including registered and mixed breeds.

Once your payment and entry have been received we will contact you via email to work with you to try to schedule a time for your evaluation to be completed. All care will be take to accommodate those that are entered into other performance and conformation events to ensure you do not have conflicts as other performance and conformation will take priority. If you are unable to make your scheduled time due to a ring conflict we understand this and will accommodate you otherwise if you can provide notice or word to us as soon as possible (including at the event).

Title ribbons will be provided to each successful dog who passes evaluation and pays the titling fee. Our goal is to process your entry within 72 business hours. On site entries are being accepted if time allows.

Entries are accepted on a first come, first served basis. In order for your entry to be processed we must receive both the payment and form. A confirmation of entry will be emailed once your entry is processed. Our goal is to process your entry within 72 business hours.
