The 2024 Ohio Craft Brewers Conference will take place January 16 – 18, 2024 at the Glass City Center in Toledo, Ohio.
This form is the official application for the Ohio Craft Brewers Conference trade show that will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 in Hall A at the Convention Center.
Booth spaces are $900 each, measure 10' x 10' and includes one 6' skirted banquet table, 2 chairs, black pipe and drape, signage and a waste basket. Trade show registration includes admission for 2 people on Tuesday, January 17th plus the extra-curricular activities on January 16 & 17. Additional registrants beyond those included in the booth fee must be registered individually. Conference ticketed registration begins in October.
Load-in is estimated to be available on Tuesday, January 16 from 12PM - 7PM and Wednesday, January 17 from 7AM - 10AM.
Show hours will be Wednesday, January 17 from 10AM - 5:30PM. Tear-down is estimated to take place on Wednesday, January 17 from 5:30PM - 8PM and Thursday, January 18 from 8AM - 12PM.
Limited trade show beer booths are available for $2,000, this includes a regular booth space plus the adjacent 10' x 10' space and table. Beer will be provided to the beer booths and you are responsible for managing the beer service. Beer Booths include registration for 2 additional people for Tuesday, January 17th.

Deadline for submission of trade show applications is January 5, 2024 or when we have filled all of the available spaces. We currently have 120 trade show spaces available. Space assignments will be delivered in December along with load-in instructions.
Submission of this form will result in the generation of an invoice from the OCBA.
