Students need opportunities to write and express their creativity.  One way is to give them freedom of choice in their writing.  This activity also provides their intended audience freedom of choice while reading.  Choose Your Own Adventure stories could be created on a Google Doc Using Bookmarks and links, but if readers are like me, they tend to skip ahead to see where the potential paths take them.  With Google Forms they can't see the path until they choose to follow it. I am attempting to create a template for Google Forms where we will use MC questions to direct the reading journey.  A quick note- the author can interject twists and turns, videos, images, and even some questions for their readers to describe why they chose the path they did.
