Please fill out the form below. You can mail in or bring in your registration payment of $25 for K-6th grade and/or $60 for Pre-K/Preschool. Call the office with any questions or concerns.  Please note: we do have to limit the number of student's in each class/grade so don't wait! Your spot is not held until we have both the form and the money for registration.
