Facilities information that may be helpful in determining when and what time you hold your event are as follows:BUILDING HOURS: NOTE: Events MUST be completed and cleaned-up by the times listed below:
Monday, Tuesday - 9pm Saturday - 4pmWednesday - 5pm Sunday - is UNAVAILABLE for RENTALFriday - 4pm [The building is available for evening events, approved on a case by case basis. IF your event is approved for Friday evening, it will need to conclude by 9pm.]
THERE IS A FEE FOR RENTING OUR FACILITIES. THE FACILITIES COORDINATOR WILL EXPLAIN THE COST OF YOUR EVENT. PAYMENT FOR YOUR FACILITIES' RENTAL IS DUE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
The Facilities Coordinator will contact you about your event approval. She will have a discussion with you about room setup and logistics.
