Grant Applicant Guidelines (READ ME!)

Micro-grants are capped at $500 per applicant per year. Funds may be used for project materials, supplies, outreach, or other direct costs that enable community benefit. Grants may NOT be used for salaries, fundraising, capital campaigns, or for-profit activities.

How We Review Grants
Arizona Burners Without Borders offers micro-grants to support community-driven projects that reflect Burner principles, civic responsibility, and care for one another. When reviewing applications, we look for clear mission alignment, thoughtful use of funds, community involvement, and a realistic plan for follow-through. We especially value applications written in the applicant’s own words that demonstrate firsthand knowledge of the project and its current needs. Because our grants are small and community-based, clarity, transparency, and respect for process help us steward community funds responsibly and tell your story with care.

By accepting this grant, recipients agree to submit IMPACT MEDIA. This means providing a short reflection (minimum 250 words) and at least 3(three) new photos documenting your completed (or continuing) project within three months of grant disbursment. This allows BWB to celebrate your work and share your impact across our networks.

By applying, you acknowledge that AzBwB is sponsoring your project in part and may feature it in our public media and storytelling efforts.
