Please complete this form to apply to be added to our Access Register. Being on the register will enable you to book suitable accessible seating online, and entitle you to concession rates.
If you are applying because you require Personal Assistant tickets, you will also need to provide some evidence of your eligibility (see below).

Personal Assistant Tickets
ACCA provides an extra ticket, free of charge, for customers who would be unable to attend an event at the venue without the active support of another person.
Customers who join our Access Register and provide proof of eligibility will be able to book PA tickets online.
