Please submit any current daily absence notifications below. Complete the form as thoroughly as possible so we can best serve you.
Our attendance policy can be reviewed on our website at http://www.lincolncharterpa.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Parent-Student-Handbook-2017-2018-rev-6.27.17-2.pdf. Absences are required to be submitted up to 3 days after the absence.
