Class Change Request for the 2019-2020 School Year
This form is to be used to change your class selections for the 2019-2020 school year. Please indicate what class(es) you would like to drop, and which class(es) you would like to add. After classes begin in August, a parent must approve a core class change (not elective) by sending Mrs. Pope (mrspope@hs-stm.org) an email to confirm their approval.

I will delete your request if you are requesting to change lunches, pe times, study hall hours, wanting a late start/early out, or the order of your classes.
