As a 501(c)(3), interfaith organization with a vision of a future where faith is a force for liberation - interrupting spiritual abuse and violence, supporting survivors, and restoring wholeness in our communities.

Current Board of Director Openings:

  • Active Faith Leader (Full Role Description)
  • Board Member at Large - Southeast Region (AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, WV, KY)
  • Board Member at Large - Plains Region (ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO)

Board of Directors Details:

  • This is a working board, board members will be engaged in the operations of the organization at this time. In the near future, we’ll hire staff and transition the board to a governing board.
  • We have a three year term limit, two terms in a row.
  • There is no financial contribution required.
  • We do ask that you bring your skills, gifts, and talents to our group so we can root ourselves on our values of:

    • Boldness
    • Accountability
  • All board meetings will be virtual, over Zoom.
  • Board meetings will number about 6 a year (every other month).
  • Board member must commit to attending 4 our more meetings and if unable to attend read minutes post-meeting.
