The Chicago State University Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa annually awards scholarships to prospective educators. This application form is for Chicago State University students who have completed at least one semester or high school seniors who plan to attend Chicago State University. All applications are reviewed by the chapter screening committee. We will respond to submitted applications by May 11, 2018.
