We are currently pursuing entry-level Audio/Visual Technicians and those candidates who have some previous skills with a desire to develop their AV proficiency.
Please know in advance that this is a seasonal, part-time, mid-afternoon to late evening or early AM., primarily weekend - Friday and Saturdays, hourly paid, outdoor, physical labor, live production, employment opportunity.
It is of great importance that you can COMMIT to the ENTIRE June – October 2021 SEASON show schedule.

Entry level position
Part-time only (8 - 20 hours a week)
Seasonal employment only (April - October)
Shift typically ranges from Early Afternoon to Late Night (estimate launch time from warehouse between 2:00 PM, give or take an hour and return back to warehouse around 12 AM Midnight, give or take an hour. Out of town shows launch as early as 10 AM and sometimes are overnight))
Shifts are primarily Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
Occasionally a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday shift.
All live events are outdoors and there can be Extreme Inclement Weather Conditions like Heat, Sun, High WInds, Rain and Thunderstorms.
1/2 of the shift calls for Physical Labor like rolling large cases full of gear across a field, lifting speakers up on to stands, twisting or pounding large stakes into the ground etc.
Social skills are important to be able to connect and communicate with fellow crew members.
Training is paid at $13.00 an hour, ranges anywhere from three to five days (approximately 25 hours depending on your learning speed), and is PAID ONLY AS A BONUS if you stay through the fulfillment of the summer season CONTRACT, ENDING OCTOBER 2021
Outdoor Cinema Network is not a film or music production company. We set up, operate and strike outdoor movie theaters.
Colorado resident, Denver metro.
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license for company vehicle during shift.
Basic understanding of audio visual systems.
Lift up to 50 pds and push up to 110 pds.
Access to email, text and phone with ability to respond promptly to each.
Pay range after training $15 - $18 depending on train aptitude and previous experience and leadership capabilities.
