Recruitment Distinction Award
The Recruitment Distinction Award is awarded to the undergraduate chapter who most embraces and executes the currently taught methods for recruitment by IHQ. Deciding who receives the Recruitment Distinction Award is not based purely on how many men were successfully recruited and initiated during the academic year. A thorough and thoughtful analysis of a chapter's recruitment efforts is required to be considered for the award.
