This application helps us here at POP Rescue Team keep track of the people who are interested in our fostering. This form in no way binds you to fostering an animal nor does it guarantee fostering of an animal.

I understand that this foster application does NOT guarantee fostering.

Pups on the Plains Rescue Team cannot guarantee the health or temperament of any animal.

If I can no longer foster the animal for any reason, I am required to return the animal to Pups on the Plains Rescue Team.

I understand that I am required to send up-to-date photos of the fostered animal to a Pups on the Plains representative when requested. Failure to do so can lead to Pups on the Plains repossessing the dog or cat.

I am required to give my foster their monthly heartworm preventative, flea/tick and intestinal worm treatments provided by Pups on the Plains.

A 24-hour advanced notice is required for POP to find a new placement for said animal.

I agree that all information on this application is accurate. Pups on the Plains Rescue Team has the right to contact my landlord or rental company

I agree to bring (or arrange a way) my foster animal to every adoption or Pups on the Plains Rescue Team event.
